Waaaay back in the golden years of Year Eight, I think I wrote, in response to such a question, that I had "such deep smile lines that it appears there is another face behind, trying to escape", which is basically euphemistic for "I'm a bit socially awkward and have a face like badly-sellotaped chicken breasts". But this is not the lasting impression I would wish to have on anyone. Please avoid thinking it.
